ESWD Distribution Sarl is a subsidiary of WASA GROUPE, operating in the legal form of Limited Liability Company (SARL). It is one of the estate entities resulting from the division of the company Sekongo Walala Drissa (ESWD), the historical entity created in 2014. Today it is mainly owned by WASA GROUPE and benefits from the strategic management of the holding company.

The main mission of ESWD Distribution Sarl is dedicated to retail, distribution and marketing of various materials. This subsidiary is essential to the Distribution & Negotiation division of WASA HOLDING. More specifically, it provides construction materials, equipment and miscellaneous products. It is listed as already operational within the group.

III. Organization and internal management
ESWD Distribution is classified as a branch in the form of SARL, one of the six companies grouped under WASA GROUPE. Although autonomous in its operation, its management is supervised. It is administered by a senior manager appointed by the Director General of WASA GROUPE. This manager has the specific task of developing the business activities of this company.
IV- Role within Distribution & Negotiation
ESWD Distribution Sarl makes a significant contribution to the distribution & negoce division of the WASA group, alongside AFCON. It focuses on the marketing of various materials and products. This distribution allows the group to cover the supply of construction materials and equipment, while AFCON specializes in the purchase and export of agricultural raw materials.
