I- EYMS : Creation date and legal form
The Yataha Multiservice Company, or EYMS-SARL, is a subsidiary of the WASA GROUPE created in 2021. Its creation is part of the expansion phase of the holding operations, just before the consolidation under WASA HOLDING. EYMS is incorporated as a Limited Liability Corporation (SARL). It is one of the three SARL branches that make up the WASA GROUPE.
II- Multiservices and business logistics
EYMS is specifically dedicated to business service activities. Its missions include office maintenance and cleaning, transportation, logistics and the provision of goods and services. It also provides office supplies, equipment and construction materials. It is a provider of a variety of equipment and services to private and public organisations.
III - Trade and import-export activities
In addition to its maintenance and supply services, EYMS Sarl is involved in general trade activities. It is dedicated to international trade, including import-export. This diversification allows the subsidiary to cover a wide range of logistical and business needs for client companies, thereby strengthening the WASA Group's service portfolio.
IV- Governance and operational status
EYMS is an already operational subsidiary owned mainly by WASA GROUPE. It is managed by a senior manager appointed by the Director General of WASA GROUPE. This strategic approach aims to actively develop the company's activities while ensuring alignment with the overall objectives set by the holding company.
